Join us for an evening of Mediterranean delights with Roberto from Bongusto, the Master of Pasta. Roberto is one of Wellingtons best Italian Chefs and produces a wide selection of pasta from his Miramara cafe and deli, Merkato Fresh. Bongusto pasta is served in some of Wellingtons finest restaurants and sold in some of Wellingtons best food stores and delicatessens.
In this hands-on cooking class Roberto will demystify the art of making fresh ravioli. You will make fresh pasta from scratch. While the pasta is resting the group will make two traditional, classic Italian sauces. Next you will form and cut your delicate ravioli parcels. Roberto will cook the pasta and the group will all sit down for a delicious dinner, washed down with a glass of fine vino.
