Eclairs and Profiteroles: Choux Pastry class

In this class, Chef Frank Schatz (aka Culinary Cartel) will demystify choux pastry and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to make éclairs and profiterolles from scratch at home. 

When the desserts are finished, we’ll sit down with a glass of wine and chocolate éclair or two! Any spare éclairs will be boxed up for you to take home.
