In tonight’s hands-on class, you’ll be cooking three dishes under MacLean's expert supervision: Whole grain mustard Lamb kidneys on grilled ciabatta w fresh herbs, Confit chicken heart and watercress salad w hazelnuts, gorgonzola and salsa verde and Duck liver pate w cherry relish.

$89 per person - tickets include all fresh ingredients, tools, recipes and a glass of wine or soft drink with dinner.
