A hands-on vegetarian cooking class, that celebrates the delicious creations of Israeli-British Chef, Yotam Ottolenghi. Ottolenghi was born in Jerusalem to Italian immigrant parents. His business partner, Sami Tamimi is Palestinian. Over the last ten years he has become celebrated for his bright, fresh, vibrant flavours. His inventive recipes are a blend of traditional and contemporary and take their influences from the Middle East and the Mediterranean cuisine.

During the class you will make dips, a vibrant crunchy and delicious salad, followed by Mejadra - a basmati rice and lentil dish with a delicate blend of spices.
When you've finished cooking we will all sit down for a relaxed dinner together, accompanied with a glass of fine NZ wine, or two!
