School holiday cooking classes for children hosted by our friends from Wellington Foodies Kids.
In this class the children will start by making the pasta dough. Next they will roll the dough using a pasta machine, before filling and folding their tortellini, which will be stuffed with a ricotta, pumpkin and sage filling. They will make a rich tomato, capsicum sauce and a pesto sauce to accompany the tortellini.
Lunch will be served with a selection of dipping sauces and a glass of Mela apple juice.
Price: $45 per child. Includes two hour fully supervised cooking class, lunch and juice.
