School holiday cooking classes for children hosted by our friends from Wellington Foodies Kids.
In this class the children will start by making the dumpling dough, which will be coloured using vegetable juices. Next they will roll the dough using a pasta machine, cut the dumpling wrappers, and fill with a delicious blend of pork and cabbage, before folding into various different shapes.
Lunch will be served with a selection of dipping sauces and a glass of Mela apple juice.
Price: $45 per child. Includes two hour fully supervised cooking class, lunch and juice.
