Wellington Foodies will be hosting this class with special guest Chef Roberto Giorgioni AKA the Master of Pasta for a fabulous gnocchi class on the 16th of September. Roberto is the Head Chef and owner of Bongusto and Merkato Fresh Cafe & Deli in Miramar.
During this hands on cooking class Roberto will be your guide and will teach you how to hand craft tender gnocchi at home. When you have finished forming your perfect little Italian potato dumplings, you will make two rich Italian sauces to serve with your gnocchi. We will whip up a speedy and delicious side salad and dinner will be served with a glass of vino. Buon appetito!
