Life of Pie - Puff and Choux Pastry class with Chef Zoe Lloyd

In this class Chef Zoe Lloyd will demystify puff pastry and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to make it from scratch at home. 

Using the book-fold method you will make a savory pie with either a meat or vegetarian filling. 

While the pastry is chilling we’ll whip up a batch of chocolate éclairs, and pipe them with pastry cream. 

When the pies have puffed to perfection we’ll sit down and enjoy our dinner with a glass of wine and a chocolate éclair or two! Any spare éclairs will be boxed up for you to take home.
