Back by popular demand….. In this class we'll be making bread with chef Zoe from Elements Cafe. In order to give the dough a chance to rise properly, this is a two day class: the first part is from 7pm to 8:30pm on Friday evening, the second phase starts at 7pm on Saturday and wraps up at 8.30pm. Please ensure you are available for both dates before booking.
We will be making a rich brioche, ciabatta, and bread rolls.
$75pp - price includes 2 x 1.5 hour classes, recipes, bread to take home and a glass of wine.
