Kombucha is very "in" right now. This fermented, probiotic drink has some great health benefits and fast and furiously gathering fans all over NZ. Wellington Foodies have invited Sarah from Cultured Kiwi and Amber from Goodbuzz to host this workshop/demonstration at Crave Cooking School.
We will learn how to make our own home brew. We will also learn how to make Jun, another delicious fermented drink. Sarah and Amber will answer any trouble shooting questions we might have and we'll leave with our very own jar and SCOBY so we can start our own brew at home.
