In this class we will be joined by Chef Amber Sturtz from Easy as Kai. Amber is a passionate vegetarian and being from Texas she loves a good charcoal BBQ. Join us for an evening of delicious and inventive, vegetarian food cooked on our new charcoal BBQ in the early evening sunshine.
Using seasonal vegetables, tofu, and polenta, we'll make a BBQ feast that is both vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friendly. Show off to your new found skills to friends and family this BBQ season and create a delicious meal with beautiful NZ produce.
