Twisted Citrus in sunny Gisbourne produce some of the best Mayer lemons in the country. For this class Wellington Foodies have invited Luke Crawford, armed with some amazing Twisted Citrus lemons to teach them how to make three classic lemon deserts.
The group will be making a light and fluffy lemon soufflé, a baked lemon tart, and a rich lemon syllabub. Yum!
After the class the group will sit down and dine on their perfectly puffed lemon soufflé's, straight from the oven. The lemon tarts and syllabubs will be boxed up and taken home to share with friends and family.
