In this class we'll be making bread with chef Zoe from Elements Cafe. In order to give the dough a chance to rise properly, this is a two day class: the first part is from 7pm to 8:30pm on Friday evening, the second phase starts at 5pm on Saturday afternoon until 7pm.. Please ensure you are available for both dates before booking.
We will be making a rich brioche, ciabatta, and bread rolls.
Price: $70pp includes all ingredients, two classes, and recipes.
