In this class children will make pork & cabbage and vegetarian steamed dumplings. They will make and roll the dough using a pasta machine, then fold their dumplings into several different shapes.
While the dumplings are steaming, our young chefs will plant three little pots of herbs to take home and nurture on their window ledge.
Lunch will be served with Mela apple juice.
