In this class we will demystify puff pastry and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to make it from scratch at home. Using the book-fold method we’ll make a savory pie with either a meat or vegetarian filling. While the pastry is chilling we’ll whip up a batch of chocolate éclairs, piped with pastry cream. When the pies have puffed to perfection we’ll sit down and enjoy our dinner with a glass of wine and a chocolate éclair or two! Any spare éclairs will be boxed up for you to take home.
