Do you know your julienne from your chiffonade? We will teach you to chop with the confidence and precision of a pro. Bring your (probably blunt…) knifes from home and we will sharpen them and show you how to take care of them. Then we will cook a dish based on your new skills and enjoy it all together with a glass of wine.
