In this class we will be joined by a very special guest chef and artisan producer, Sanj from Waikare Kitchen.
We'll be making two delicious Indian breads by hand and filling / topping with delicately spiced vegetarian curries. Sanj has spent many years perfecting the recipes for his spice pastes. You will learn how to balance your spices, and be taken on a cultural culinary journey that encapsulates the best of fusion cuisine.
