Roberto Giorgioni is the master pasta maker behind Bongusto and Merkato Fresh in Miramar.
In this class you will learn to make the most exquisite fresh pasta. We will roll the dough before making some delicious ravioli and a classic Italian pasta sauce.
After the class we will all sit down together and enjoy our pasta with a lovely glass of vino.
