In Wellington we take our coffee extremely seriously but how many of us know how to make the perfect flat white, expresso or latte at home? In this workshop we will be joined by Rene Macaulay and the team from Peoples Coffee who will teach the finer points of making coffee using a home espresso machine. We will cover espresso grinding, shots, milk steaming, pouring.
Coffee and doughnuts are a match made in heaven so naturally there will be plenty of doughnuts to nibble on during the class.
Each particpant will receive a goodie bag that includes a 250g bag of Peoples Coffee and digital scale to help you measure your coffee to create the perfect brew at home or a 500ml milk jug.
